The Crossroads Description

The Crossroads is the first location to be traveled to after selecting which chapter you're playing in Darkest Dungeon II. It is the location at which the player can select their roster of Heroes from the ones they have available. The player can select their Heroes and choose their respective Hero Paths and Abilities from here. The player can also see the Hero's starting Quirks here.

From here the player will travel into The Valley first going to The Altar of Hope.

Party Selection

Certain permutations of heroes have names, as in the examples below. These names are purely cosmetic and otherwise have no effects on gameplay.
