The Oblivion's Ingress is a combat node that may appear in any region of Darkest Dungeon II except The Sluice. Much like Resistance Encounters, this node consists of a single fight against a random group of Cultists. This node and the Oblivion's Rampart are the primary places where Cultists may be encountered.
