The Working Fields are a location in the Altar of Hope where the player can spend Candles of Hope Candles of Hope to unlock Stagecoach Items, Trinkets, Combat Items, and Inn Items. Once unlocked, an item will be added to the loot pool for all future expeditions. An unlocked item will also be added immediately to the inventory, meaning it will be available for use on the first expedition after it is unlocked.

Unlocking Items

Within each category, items are sorted into three tiers. Items are unlocked at random within a tier, and all items within a tier must be unlocked before the next tier becomes available. The Candles of Hope cost of unlocking an item increases with each tier.

After unlocking all Items and finishing the Altar of Hope all excess Candles of Hope Candles of Hope can be used to reroll items for the next expedition. This items will be granted directly into your inventory with increased Candles of Hope cost each time.
