Skills
The Jester starts the game equipped with Razor's Wit, Fade to Black, Slice Off, Battle Ballad, and Inspiring Tune. All other skills must be unlocked through the Shrine of Reflection, after which they are permanently unlocked and available for subsequent playthroughs.

Trivia
- The Jester is one of the twelve Heroes returning from Darkest Dungeon, and one of the first nine Heroes to be available in the sequel.[1]
- The Jester's final chapter at the Shrine of Reflection describes him cutting off his own finger, which is accurately depicted in his character model—he is missing the tip of his left pinky finger.
- The Jester's backstory fights are the only one not using the regular Mountain battle soundtrack.
